What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom! Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and you can expect delivery within 5-8 business days after processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, simply return the item to us following our return policy. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
